Le Trestrignel

We saved this restaurant for our final meal in Perros-Guirec and that was a good decision. Creative and surprising combinations of excellent ingredients &mdash; who would have thought that  scallops with a coating of unsweetened gingerbread was a good idea ? It is, though, and the harmonious dish with braised Napa cabbage was a winner. Lovely setting with the tables generously spaced so the diners could converse quietly and privately.

The pancakes here are very good, there are many Brittany pancake shops, but there are not many delicious ones, this small shop is very good
